This is a rare floor plan for a single axle trailer. Not available for sale in Utah! This trailer offers 4 comfortable beds that can each sleep up to 2 people. It has a slide that provides a roominess uncommon in trailers this size. This floorplan is not sold in Utah and is a rare find. It has a lot of space without a lot of weight. It has a nice outside kitchen that gives you extra fridge space as well as a griddle so you can keep the heat out of the trailer while cooking.
Light bedding, toiletries, rv safe toilet paper, paper products, a pot, skillet, basic utensils, coffee maker, broom and dustpan, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

---Tow Vehicle Requirements---
Recommended vehicle minimum tow capacity of 5000 lbs+.
Trailer Brake Controller is required.
Equalizer hitch is required and is included in the rental.
We will assist with connecting the trailer to your vehicle and walk you through this process.

---Optional Add-ons---
Generator is recommended if you will not have hook ups to run the AC and recharge the trailer batteries. Will include 5 gallons of gasoline.

---Return Fees (Fees are avoidable if returned in same condition as delivered):
*Late fee- $25 an hour for each hour after the decided upon meet up time.
*Propane Charge- $25 if not returned at same level as delivered (there are a few fill stations near drop-off location)
*Gasoline Charge-$20 if not returned at same level as delivered.
*Dump Fee- $50 fee if waste tanks (black and grey tanks) are not properly dumped
*Cleaning Fee-$100 minimum cleaning fee if trailer is not returned in same condition as when delivered to the renter.
*Delivery: $2.50/mile includes delivery and set-up and then pickup when rental is complete ($50 minumum). for delivery only, it is $1.25, if the renter wishes to return the trailer themselves.

Notes:
Please follow all the rules and do the cleaning checklist inside the folder inside the trailer (wipe down, sweep out, linens piled on the couch, etc.) The cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer is returned messy.

If you do not wish to dump and flush the tanks, we can do it for you. There is a $50 fee.
There is No Smoking in or around the trailer. Smoking in the trailer will forfeit your entire security deposit.
No pets allowed in this trailer due to owner allergies. If you have a pet in the trailer you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
