After two years in existence Lazy Lizard has dropped its southwestern cuisine scene. The owners have taken on the new challenge of the Supper Club. Supper clubs have increased their popularity, as these dining places seem to bring people together for wine, food and fun. The classic menu options capture the dining audience of the elderly, the family, as well as take homage to the white and blue-collar working class patrons and their families. The Chef's signature of this supper club is his popover, which is a light, airy bread (Yorkshire Pudding) the size of your hand, dipped in honey butter. Most remarkably is the change of the menu. You'll find a variety of beef, chops and veal, a fabulous pasta section, with chicken, seafood and a selection of sandwiches to round out the menu offerings.
