Hello, my name is Rhiannon but I go by Rhi, I feel like that is much easier for my clients to remember! I was raised in Pope County IL for 17 years, I lived in Chicago for 2 years (mainly for the food lol), moved to San Diego CA for 4 years while my husband served in the USMC, and for the last 5 years we have settled back here in Southern IL. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, horseback riding, the Bachelor and binge watching new Netflix series when I have time (lol). I got my brokers license in 2019 but I had been working in a Real Estate office along side other realtors for a year before that, so combined I have a total of 3 years of experience in this field. However I have had a passion for real estate and assisting friends and family in finding homes and rentals for several years before I actually went to school to become a broker. In the last two years I have sold roughly 12.5 million dollars in Real Estate. I know what it takes to be successful in this business and that means working 24/7 nights/weekends/holidays with a smile on your face knowing you may or may not receive compensation for your time. I genuinely find joy in learning and building long term friendships with my buyers and seller and that makes every unpaid hour worth it to me.
