While part of this great nation of ours shovels snow and is sweats and sweaters and dealing with pouring rain, here in Phoenix you can enjoy the warm tranquility of 75 degree weather while wearing your shorts jeans and that short sleeve shirt. While doing an open house at one of the 4 bedroom homes in Ahwatukee I had some neighbors stop by and tell me they just got done doing a 4 mile hike then stopped at a neighborhood establishment for a tasty beverage. That’s what you find in the Ahwatukee/Foothills area. Great establishments that serve you a tasty beverage, show your favorite game on the big screen tv’s and allow you to play golf, hike or hang out at the many parks in the community. Ahwatukee is 15 minutes to Sky Harbor’s International Airport and only 15-20 minutes to the Shopping malls. You can travel 5-10 minutes to find boutiques and specialty shops right here in Ahwatukee. With the holidays fast approaching Ahwatukee/Foothills is a great place to spend your nights. The holiday lights are amazing in the Foothills and those lucky enough to drive out the day after Turkey day get to experience them.
