Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Holly Peltz graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Temple University. After working in a nursing home as a recreational therapist, she went back to school and earned her veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, which is part of Virginia Tech. Prior to joining the Cat Hospital, she worked in private practice seeing both cats and dogs. Having worked at the Cat Hospital before veterinary school as a technician, she is very excited to re-join the team and provide medical care to the cats of Philadelphia.

While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, she has a particular interest in feline medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gabriel, also a veterinarian whom she met while in veterinary school and their 4 cats - Hunter, Ditto, Stella & Honey Pebbles and 1 very patient dog named Marty McFly. She also loves to visit her family in NY, cheer for the NY Giants, run, hike and explore her new neighborhood in Philadelphia.
