The second generation of Apple AirPods is barely a month old and there is a fresh report that suggests that the iPhone maker is working on launching its successors later this year.
Apple tipster and former KGI Securities analyst Ming Chi-Kuo has agiven his input and revealed that there will be not one but two models from Apple at the end of 2019 or in the beginning of 2020. According to Kuo, there will be one model with an all-new form-factor, which will be the pricier variant.
The second model is likely to be the same as the present both in terms of design and cost. He also said that Apple will be shifting to a “new SiP design to improve assembly yields, save internal space, and cut costs,” as per the report from Apple Insider.
