Perth Amboy Mayor Honors Radio Host Bert Baron

Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz (center of photo) presented WCTC-AM’s Morning Show Host Bert Baron with a much-deserved plaque of appreciation. The honor also recognizes Mr. Baron’s induction to the New Jersey Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame this month. Bert generously assists Perth Amboy, its businesses and residents by promoting and attending many of the City’s programs, activities, and events. The ceremony was held during the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District’s (BID) Networking and Card Exchange event at Seabra’s Armory Restaurant on Raritan Bay. Shown in the photo from left to right are WCTC’s K.J. Singh, WMGQ-FM’s Program Director Jeff Rafter, WCTC’s Bert Baron, Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz, BID’s Executive Director Roxana Troche, BID Chairman Barry Rosengarten and WCTC-AM & WMGQ-FM Station Manager Dan Henrickson.
