•PETS are allowed but must be supervised at all times any damage will cause a Fee

Linens and pillows will be based on request, because some customers want to bring a little piece of home with them

•Pet Policy – Dogs are not allowed to be on top of upholstered materials such as mattresses, chairs, sofas, furniture and cushions. Dogs can NEVER be left unattended inside the recreational vehicle. We will charge a cleaning/damage fee for excessive pet hair or if furniture is damaged. Please bring a kennel for peace of mind or his or hers favorite cozy bed :)

•Smoking is Prohibited in the rental. A $500 smoking fee will be assessed if rental is returned with smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking inside.

• Clogged Black Tank will be $300.00

•If anything other than toilet paper ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, fee will be assessed. No wipes, Napkins, Menstrual products should ever be flushed down toilet due to blockage.

•Limit any food going down the kitchen sink
