CW Solutions has expanded and diversified its services and customer base while adding three new employees, making 2013 a successful year for the national real estate services firm. By focusing on the wireless telecommunications, power, pipeline and oil/gas industries, the firm has worked on infrastructure improvements, title reports and right-of-way acquisition projects throughout the Northeast region.

"We've been responsive to emerging trends in the industries we serve and we see 2014 as offering a variety of opportunities," said Stacie Curtis, president and founder of CW Solutions. "For the future, we will continue to identify new avenues for growth and create value for our firm."

Performing title searches, reviews and preparing reports are among the company's services, offering clients accurate information regarding real estate. In turn, clients can review any concerns such as easements, restrictions or covenants that may impact the intended use of a property. During the past year, the firm has conducted title work for the following firms: Black & Veatch, an engineering firm based in Overland Park, Kan; Capital Telecom, a wireless tower developer based in Morristown, N.J.; Centerline Communications, a turnkey service provider based in Rynham, Mass.; Ferraro & Stamos, LLP, a law firm with offices in Rockleigh, N.J. and White Plains, N.Y.; Hambro & Mitchell, PC, a law firm based in Dayton, N.J.; Mary E. Maggio, LLC, a law firm based in Lanoka Harbor, N.J.; and Price, Meese, Shulman & D'Arminio, P.C., a law firm based in Woodcliff Lake, N.J.

CW Solutions' team of local, experienced professionals also supports wireless telecommunications and utility
projects involving site acquisition, right-of-way and easement acquisition projects for the region. The following is a list of companies with recently completed and ongoing wireless and infrastructure improvement projects in the Northeast region:

•PECO - CW Solutions expedited the permitting process for PECO, an electric and natural gas utility, to upgrade its equipment on an existing 250-foot guide lattice tower in West Amwell Township, N.J. The upgrade was part of PECO's infrastructure investment in smart grid communications technology.

•Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) - CW Solutions assisted PSE&G in title research, acquiring easements, temporary lay down areas, parking areas and entry agreements to aid in their transmission infrastructure upgrades in New Jersey.

•Verizon Wireless - CW Solutions is working on ongoing projects involving the deployment of small cell sites used to complement cell towers.

Also in 2013, CW Solutions was recognized by NJBIZ magazine as one of the Top New Jersey Women-Owned Businesses. The firm was founded in 2002 by Stacie Curtis who partnered with Robert Weible. Since then, they have grown from a local New Jersey site acquisition corporation to a nationwide corporation. In addition to title research, the firm offers right-of-way, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, regulatory compliance, project management and landman services. The firm's mission is to help clients leverage the new economic realities of technology, regulations and community.
