Hybrid Tactics BACKGROUND

Hybrid Tactics LLC is a Florida based, veteran-owned small business founded by former and current members of the military’s special operations community, law enforcement officers, and private security contractors. This conglomerate group of personnel, has the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to meet your organization’s weapons training and employment needs today with unparalleled excellence.

Whether conducting raids looking for terrorists in Afghanistan, conducting search warrants for armed and dangerous criminals, or conducting low profile protection of executive VIPs, Hybrid Tactics cadre are masters of the principles needed to survive armed conflict. Hybrid Tactics has the instructors necessary to tailor design courses for your organization.

Our confidence in being able to meet your current and future requirements comes from three distinct points:

1. EXPERIENCE
Hybrid Tactics instructors and cadre have an extensive past performance which includes special operations deployments, law enforcement experience, private security deployments, POI development, course instruction, and the facilities and instructors dedicated to bringing you the best instruction available.

2. COMMITMENT
Hybrid Tactics is committed to the highest level of quality assurance. Our curriculum is developed from the same tactics that our instructors have utilized and still employ on worldwide assignments, and right here on the streets of America. Facets of our training involve the use of FX Simunitions, which are the ultimate training tool for force on force scenarios, validation of, and reinforcement of SOPs.

3. PERSONNEL
Hybrid Tactics instructors are hand selected and vetted. Our personnel either maintain or have had, at a minimum, a Secret clearance. All of them are eligible for Top Secret with SCI. In addition, all of our staff are current or former members of the military’s elite special operations community, current or former law enforcement officers assigned to specialized units, or private security contractors who have maintained clearances and have deployed to the most violent and volatile regions of the world.
