The Cabin is a two bedroom 1 bath Log Home on 10 manicured acres with a 2.5 acre fishing lake. The Cabin has a fully stock kitchen and laundry room and sleeps 5 cumfortably The 1200 square foot interior is surrounded by a covered deck and seating area. The lake is stocked with Bass, Blue Gill and Catfish. Fishing is permitted on a catch and release basis. A covered dock at the pond is electrified, hot and cold running water, refrigerator, lighting, dinning table for 6 and barbecue.
Penn Valley is home to this vacation home. Pilot Peak Winery and Pilot Peak Vineyard & Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore South Yuba River State Park and Condon Park.
