The guest LR, DR, Kitchen upstairs apartment has two main bedrooms with 3 fireplaces and en-suite bathrooms with a third king bedroom and bath with children's bunkroom . Our home is in a secure gated community on a waterskiing, fishing, boating, and swimming lake with golf course, tennis, pool and a new clubhouse with restaurant. (no boats from outside of Lake Wildwood are allowed). We are close to Parks, Gold Mines, Rivers, Lakes, Quaint Historic Villages, Festivals, and Restaurants and within easy, scenic drives to snow skiing, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento and airport. You’ll love it because of lake views and its peaceful, warm, quality ambiance. Good for couples and families (with kids).
