Von Dutchess includes many amenities for your stay. We include utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, smart TV**, DVD player, board games, a queen-size memory foam bed, a pull-out sofa sleeper, a private bathroom, shower, 3-top gas range, microwave/convection combo, side-by-side fridge/freezer, outdoor chairs, an outdoor propane fire ring, outdoor electronic bug repellant, and much more!
Pet Policy—There is a pet cleaning fee to remove dander, which may cause issues for others who may rent. The renter must follow all campsite rules pertaining to allowed pets and our policy of small to medium dogs permitted. At this time, we cannot accommodate our feline friends. **The Renter must confirm a campsite booking within 75 miles of Pendleton and provide booking info to the host for approval. The site must be rented for one extra day past the renter's departure date. For example, on a three-day RV weekend rental, arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday, the site must be rented through Monday). This allows the renter a later departure time as most sites have an 11 am checkout and allows us time to pick up the RV after 6 pm on the rental departure day.
