New 2022 27-foot travel trailer. Very clean, modern and bright. Plenty of room for the whole family. The slide out layout includes one King bed up front with mattress topper and sliding privacy doors. Two full size bunk beds in the back that are large enough for an adult to sleep on bottom bunk or are the perfect size for a couple of kids. The dinette area is roomy and easily converts into a bed that is large enough for another person. Bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and has a handheld showerhead in a standard size shower. Heat, AC, 3 burner gas range, large refrigerator, large sink, microwave, outdoor kitchen, radio with bluetooth speakers inside and outside, tv.

We do not provide a generator.

We bought this RV brand new in 2023 and we hope to have it for many, many years to come for our family and others to enjoy so we appreciate you being respectful of our RV.
All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. All mattresses and pillows are protected with coverings and are laundered with highest heat setting and color safe bleach. The entire RV is ventilated after each use. We adhere to all of the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.
Pets are absolutely not allowed inside. Any evidence of pets inside the unit will automatically result in a withholding of your deposit.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or within 25 feet of the door. Any evidence of smoking/vaping will automatically result in withholding of your deposit.
Beds come with sheets and a light comforter. Four total pillows with cases are included. We have a few extra throw blankets included too in case you get cold (you can find them in the storage under the dinette). Please bring your own pillows and extra blankets/sleeping bags for your added comfort.
