The FH Foundation

The FH Foundation is a non-profit organization working towards the aim of providing education, awareness and is performing a research on Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). We are continuously working towards giving a better life to the people who have FH. We are saving precious lives by educating and encouraging them for a proactive treatment. We are running several programs like CASCADE FH Registry, FIND FH, FH Global Summit, FH Awareness Day, FH Patient Speakers Bureau, Grand Rounds and Family Forum, and HoFH Community.
