Renovations and Additions to a Historic Sylvanus Marston Residence

Originally designed by Sylvanus Marston in 1928, this project involved a major expansion, and interior renovations to a historic house. As with all of the historic properties we work on, our goal was to be seamless and unnoticeable with the new work. A large, open Kitchen and Family Room arrangement leads to the two rear yards and the house additions create a full Courtyard, which can be completely tented for formal events, containing an attached Cabana with BBQ and fireplace, while the Game Room/Movie Room looks down into this courtyard.
