Enjoy our beautiful townhome centrally located within an 8 minute walk from downtown Winter Park and 3.5 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. The location doesn't get any better than this with fantastic mountain views. Winter Park's free shuttle, The Lift, is steps away from the front door, making life easy and convenient when you want to head to town or to the mountain. WiFi is available throughout the home and is very fast! This home has three levels.

The ground level has three different mudroom areas to take on and off shoes and wet boots where the laundry room is also located. This floor also has a bedroom with a king bed and includes a TV connected to a DVD player, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. Do not forget the heated garage with built-in ski racks to hang your equipment after a hard day on the slopes!

The second level is the main living space. It has picture windows, large comfy microfiber couch, leather recliner, fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen/dining area. The deck is right outside the windows, boasting great views of the mountains and a Weber gas grill (connected to propane line, not a tank). The kitchen has a gas range and oven, built-in microwave, toaster and combination Keurig/Regular coffee pot. The 65” 4k Smart TV has access to all the streaming services you’d expect (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, Peacock, You Tube, etc with personal login). The dining table has a built-in leaf that can be extended so the table can easily seat 8 (plus 4 on the bar stools). The master suite is located on this level (queen size bed) with it’s own full bathroom and separate tub. The 6 seater hot tub is accessed off this master suite. Finally, there is a second bathroom (powder room) on this level.

The third level is where the three other sleeping areas are. There is a bunk room (Twin over Full) that sleeps 3 on your left and has a closet on the right. This room connects to a Jack & Jill bathroom that has 2 sinks and a tub-shower combo. Connected to the bathroom is a bedroom (Queen bed) that also has a closet. Outside of these two bedrooms and atop the stairs in the small loft is another bunk bed (Twin over Twin), perfect for kids.

This mountain home is truly the perfect getaway, without getting too far away. It has backyard access to cycling, walking and skiing trails. And there is a free ski shuttle that picks you up within steps from your door to take you straight to the lifts or to town. It has the comfort of privacy and gives you a distanced and quiet feel, yet sits within an 8 minutes walk from downtown and a short drive to Winter Park Resort.

Rocky Mountain National Park is within a 45 minute drive, where endless adventure awaits! But with only seasonal access to drive to the top of the park. Make sure you do your research ahead of time if you hope to travel through the park to Estes Park.

Lake Granby is within a 30 minute drive where you can rent a boat, go fishing, or take a guided snowmobile tour to the top of the Continental Divide. For those who are looking for a more relaxed escape, we have a plethora of recommended places to explore, may it be a local spa or nearby hot spring.

The 8 minute walk to downtown Winter Park, Cooper Creek Square, boasts many amenities and shopping/dining experiences. There is also free Electric Vehicle charging and parking at the Cooper Creek parking garage.
