The space
Spacious nearly 3,000 foot home with high ceilings and a fantastic open format. Great for family and friend gatherings, eating big meals together, skiing, hiking and lounging! Three private decks, including the one with the hot tub!

In October 2020 we painted the entire house top to bottom and installed brand-new carpeting and flooring!

Guest access
The entire home is for your use with the exception of the locked owner’s closets and cabinet. There are still plenty of drawers and/or other closets in all bedrooms so you can settle in and enjoy!

Bring a bathing suit to enjoy the hot tub on our deck!

Our home is a short 5 minute walk to the Corridor Green Trail at Winter Park! You can also access Winter Park skiing and the town via a free town shuttle, which is a 5-10 minute walk.

Located in Winter Park, Winter Park Ski In / Out Gem with Private Hot Tub is in the mountains. Moffat Tunnel West Portal and Cozens Ranch House Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Vasquez Peak Wilderness. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
