Located in Grand Park 5 miles from the slopes of Winter Park Resort, this luxury condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Located on first floor of building does have stairs to get into condo. Completed in 2018 with all new furnishings this condo sleeps 6 with a king in the master and a full over queen bunk in the second bedroom. Each bathroom has glass enclosed tiled showers. Express your culinary skills in this beautiful gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked in addition to a propane grill on the deck. At the end of the day relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the large flat screen after a day on the slopes. NOTE this unit does not have a garage spot but there is ample outdoor spaces available.

Getting around is easy with The Lift, the free shuttle service will transport you from your lodging, the Amtrak Station or wherever you may be in Winter Park & Fraser to your intended destination. The Lift Rider app lets you view service area maps, stops, schedules, and the real-time location of the bus. The shuttle stop is a 7-10 min walk downhill. We recommend a bag for your boots to make the walk easier.
