Spacious Fridge & freezer, cast iron top gas stove, gas oven, spacious pantry for dry goods, pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, can opener, Keurig for coffee, pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, etc...
You'll be ready to make any meal at ease!
OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Perfect for cooking while enjoying the beautiful outdoors! Pullout (Blackstone) gas flat top grill, Mini Frig. (Ideal for keeping you drinks cold without taking up space in the main frig.) Portable automatic ice maker (No more worrying about your ice melting), and a sink.
OUTDOOR SPACE: You'll find relaxing outside just as enjoyable as the inside with two camping chairs, two loungers, 1 full size table, two mini folding side tables, table and bench covers, two outdoor rugs, and smore roasting sticks. *Need additional supplies? Let us know and we'll stock it for you.
TOWING:
For towing, you will have to have a full-size pickup truck to pull trailer. Truck needs towing capacity of 8,500lbs. We will supply weight distribution hitch and sway bars.

Rather have us deliver trailer and set it up for you? Not a problem! We can arrange delivery, set-up and pickup almost anywhere at an additional cost. Delivery would also require the dumping fee as well. (Stated below)
LINES INCLUDED:
Will include Sheets for King bed, the two bunk beds, and fold out dinette sleeper. 6 pillowcases, 6 towels, 6 wash cloths, and 4 Blankets. Beds will be made and ready to go!

DUMPING:
If you do not feel like dumping your gray and black water (Waste). We have a ‘hassle free dumping’ fee of $350.00.
PETS:
• $275 refundable Pet Deposit required.
• A MAX of 2 DOGS is allowed. NO OTHER ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED!
We ask that you do not allow dogs on couch’s/ sofa chairs and beds! If your dog(s) are wet, please keep them outside until they are dry. We will supply a food and water bowl for your fur-baby(s).
PROPANE GAS REFILL:
-$35 per tank
-$20 trip fee within 50 mile radius. If renter is requesting owner to come and refill tanks for them.
Camper is equipped with two full propane tanks for your reservation. if tanks run out of gas it is renter’s responsibility to cover the cost of refills.
PADDLE-BOARDS RENTAL:
$400 refundable deposit
$150 rental fee
We have two blowup paddle-boards you are welcome to rent. They are very durable and easy to blow up. Each paddle board will come with their own two paddles. (Refer to picture of the paddle-boards under RV pictures.)
•Smoking: NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
•Pets: Only 2 dogs up to 60lbs are allowed. NO CATS ALLOWED. NO Exotic animals allowed.
