Karl's Appliance Store in Bergen County, NJ Looking for Ways to Make Kitchen Designers, Architects, and Contractors Lives Easier with Dropbox

Imagine with the click of a mouse being able to research virtually any project, retrieve its specifications or even access clients’ plans electronically from an appliance store. Well designers don’t have to imagine any longer, because Karl’s has invested time, energy and money into a program called Dropbox which will allow them to do this.

Dropbox is a FREE program that allows you to bring photos, client projects, plans/layouts, documents and videos anywhere. Any file you save to your Dropbox account will also automatically save to all your computers, phones and even the Dropbox website. This means that you can start working on your computer at the office and finish on your home computer…and NOW access files at Karl’s.

Karl’s Appliance Dropbox Program creates a separate Karl’s Appliance folder within a design professionals individual Dropbox account. This folder will be linked to our Bergen County Appliance Store located on Route 17 in Paramus where a designer can conveniently reference client projects, documents, plans/layouts and other files.

Say goodbye to transporting and working off of large, bulky and sometimes awkward paper documents. Instead, designers can take their clients projects, plans/layouts and other document files, convert them into a PDF file format and place them into their personal Karl’s folder. Then when designers are working with clients at the Paramus Showroom/Store, they can simply ask a Karl’s Associate to retrieve the files they need. For convenience, designers and their clients will be able to view these files on any one of several 46” monitors around the showroom. Much easier to locate the perfect refrigerator, dishwasher, professional range, or oven for the particular remodel.

FREE: The Karl’s Appliance Dropbox program is free to all designers.

SAFE & SECURE: Designers will have their own Karl’s folder within the Karl’s Appliance Dropbox folder. Only a Karl’s Appliance Associate has access to the Karl’s Appliance Dropbox folder in the Paramus Showroom/Store.

No other companies, organizations or individuals
will be able to view any of the files in a designer’s folder.

All content in the Dropbox account is stored in the Dropbox system. This includes content in each designers Karl’s Appliance folder. No content is stored in the Karl’s Appliance system.

EASY: It’s easy to start and easy to use. All a designer needs to do to begin is fill out the enrollment form and return it to Karl’s Appliance. An e-mail invitation will be sent to complete the set-up process. If a designer already has a Dropbox account, the set-up process will sync up with the designers current account and simply add the Karl’s folder.

This program is only available at our Paramus home appliance store. Karl’s Appliance is always looking for ways to make the experience better for designers and customers. Designers can gain the advantage and benefit from the investment that Karl’s Appliance has made.
