Restaurant Description
Biagio's, "home of the best family dining," is known for its classic Italian American entrees and the imaginative daily specials of Chef Jimmy Perides. At just 27 years old, Chef Jimmy has created an unforgettable variety of fresh seasonal specials that have diners coming back time and again. Despite his youth, he has more experience in his field than many professionals twice his age. After graduating with a degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University, Chef Jimmy found work under some of the world's most renowned chefs, including Mario Batali and Nino D'Urso, where he was able to both perfect traditional arts and hone his own creativity. In the spirit of authentic Italian cuisine, he uses only the freshest ingredients including seasonal produce, in his creations. His dishes are complemented by an impressive new wine list, which now offers upscale reserve wines and rotates regularly to provide the perfect pairings with daily and seasonal specials. Biagio's unique style and ability to please children of all ages has made this a neighborhood favorite. Three private rooms allow for banquets for all occasions from 20 to 120 people.
