The Commodore Resort is located on the east side of Panama City and is close to the St. Andrews State Park which offers snorkeling and trips to Shell Island.

This tenth floor condominium is an end unit with a wrap-around balcony off of the living room and two of the bedrooms providing a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit offers a spacious living area. It is fully furnished. The Commodore offers a heated swimming pool and a kiddy pool and heated jacuzzi. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, VCR, and DVD player. It also has great access to the local attractions.

Rental Rules and Policies:
No Pets and No Smoking.
Security deposit required - $200 is required within ten days of reservation - will be returned upon inspection and no damage after departure.
Must be 25 or older to rent.
Weekly rentals - Saturday to Saturday in high seasons only; off season minimum two night stay.
Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to reservation.
Reservation cancellation must be made 30 days prior to reservation for full refund.
Three (3) car maximum.
Check-in - 3:00 p.m.; Check-out - 10:00 a.m.
$35 returned check fee.
