Welcome to Centre Court , a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom family-friendly cottage overlooking the fantastic tennis facility of Rosemary. Centre Court sleeps 6-8 people comfortably and is only steps from the Sky Pool, one of four community pools available. This home has the perfect outdoor oasis including comfy outdoor seating for the whole family. Many guests say this is their favorite spot in Rosemary! You can enjoy a nice morning cup of coffee or spend your evenings relaxing with a glass of wine while listening to the soothing flow of water from the courtyard's fountain. Take a leisurely bike ride or stroll through Rosemary or any of the neighboring communities to visit some of the area's finest dining, shopping and entertainment.
You will enter the home through the lush garden walkway in the private gated courtyard complete with a water fountain wall feature, charcoal grill, outdoor dining and covered porch sitting area. Upon entering the home you will find the well-equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table with seating for 5. A nice open design flows into the light and airy living area. Also on the first floor is a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway laundry closet. On the opposite end of the home, you will find the Queen Guest Bedroom and a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second level is where you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, oversized plush side chair and ottoman, and flat screen TV. Step out onto your private balcony with 2 chairs and table overlooking the tennis courts of Rosemary Beach. The Master Bedroom's private bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom on this level has 2 Full size beds sleeping 2-4 guests and it has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Off of the hallway at the top of the stairway is an open air, covered porch overlooking the courtyard and garden. This is the perfect escape for some peace and quiet after a long day at the beach.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018. Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes. Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)

***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. This property only has parking for two vehicles. In the case of extra vehicles, overflow street parking is available along the streets of Rosemary.

There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
