“2B in Rosemary†is located in the Barrett Lofts overlooking Barrett Square and all Rosemary Beach has to offer. This loft is the perfect vacation destination with a beautifully decorated open floor plan that incorporates sophisticated beach comfort with a blend of an elegant boutique suite. The main gathering area is spacious to accommodate all guests staying in this amazing three bedroom two full bath condo complete with free WiFi.
The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dark wood and glass cabinets and an open granite breakfast bar. The adjoining living and dining areas are light and airy with French doors that open to a balcony with town square views, open air markets, coffee shops, specialty stores and fresco dining.
The elegant master suite holds a king-sized bed and has a spacious master bath. The main guestroom also holds a king-sized bed while the bright and cheery bunk room (twin over full bed) serves as a third bedroom.
“2B in Rosemary†is a 5 minute walk to the beach. This Loft can be accessed via elevator or stairs. Your Rosemary Beach destinations are never more than a 5 minute walk whether you are visiting the beach, the town center, shops, restaurants, pools, tennis courts or fitness locations.
Easily accessible by air or by car, the town is a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and a one-hour drive from the Fort Walton Beach Okaloosa Airport.
BEACH ACCESS: Nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests’ beach access. The walkovers are unobtrusive, simple and functional, with each walkover containing showers. Two of the walkovers are wheelchair accessible and contain restrooms.
TRAILS: The Rosemary Beach Fitness Trail & Walking Tour is a 2.3 mile trail that utilizes both sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town’s native landscape, parks and public spaces; and incorporates four fitness stations that include exercise apparatuses for stretching and strength training. There is also Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen Beach. Two complimentary adult bikes with your stay.
PARKS: Common “green†areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls, as well as numerous outdoor events. These areas are located both beach-side and park-side.
