Guests will have access to the entire home and there is one spot to park. The covered parking space is located at the back door to the unit. It is the space on the right hand side as you face the back door as shown in the image.
There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man for the community, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
The Palm Springs community is a vibrant place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is a great downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, and the city of Palm Springs is investing heavily to become a top tier destination for travelers.

community was built between 2002-2003, and are contemporary town homes located in central Palm Springs, a short distance from restaurants and shopping. The community offers 4 pools and 4 spas, private gated covered parking area, tanning decks, and plenty of extra storage for each unit.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
This home is in a very walkable area as well.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
