Our home is nestled at the far end of one of the last Cul De Sacs in Hidden Palms close to a very nice pool and spa. The home is unique as it has true flow from inside to outside space. Three sliding doors lead to several different outdoor areas making the experience feel much larger than it's 1585 square feet. The home is appointed with contemporary art (Picasso, Jackson Pollack.....Potential art thieves, these are copies) and mid century inspired Room and Board furniture. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a cute eating area and all the cooking appurtenances you'll need. Outside the kitchen is a propane grill for your use on those beautiful Cochella Valley nights. The living room and dining room are essentially one large area and make for a wonderful "great room" feel. Hidden in the entertainment center in the living room is a 42" TV with Time Warner cable service.

The ample Master bedroom boasts a California King Bed and a beautiful double sink bathroom with a combo Tub/Shower. There is also a large walk in closet to boot. The second bedroom has a nice queen bed, ample closet space and an outside window to the atrium. The third bedroom is unique - it was designed for my kids when they were small and hopefully it will appeal to anyone that is still a kid at heart! It is a lofted bed system that essentially breaks the room in two, horizontally: two single beds on top and plenty of space to hang out below.

Outside, the flora wraps around 2/3rds of the house which in season boasts a prolific grapefruit (best tree ever), lemon and lime tree as well as bougainvilleas and hop-seed trees. There is shade from the two pergolas and a 6 seat teak table in the back of the house and a 4 seat patio table off the dining room.

This quiet gated community features 4 heated pools, 5 well maintained tennis courts, a beautiful and peaceful lake with garden and desert landscaping with abundant paved walkways to help you meet many of the neighbors here.
