This is a great Florida location! A quiet 1200+ square foot home, on the Space Coast tucked away in a former country club community minutes from the Indian River and beaches. Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo and water park attractions all less than 20-45 minutes away. This is a perfect relaxing vacation getaway! Close to all the great attractions of central Florida, yet not in the middle of the traffic and congestion. Golf, diving, boating, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, deep sea fishing, gambling boats at Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center attractions, beach combing, or just relaxing out back and watching the sunset are just some of the many activities in and around town. So if you're visiting Florida and want to visit the theme parks and hit the beach for some sun and fun this is the place to be. The large, flat back yard is great for the kids to run and play or set up a volleyball game. The kitchen is nicely equipped and basic spices are available. Pets considered with additional non-refundable deposit. A start up supply of toilet paper & paper towels will be available. A screened in porch is great for enjoying the sunset. The living room with a giant comfy couch has a 42' HD Flat screen TV with HD channels - more channels than you could possibly want to watch, including music channels. The master bedroom has a 32' HD Flat screen TV w/DVD player. If you are on a working trip, there is wireless broadband throughout the house. Note: the house does not have a computer, so please bring your own.
