This new camper sleeps up to 9 people; featuring a bedroom at the front with a memory foam queen-sized bed, storage underneath, and cabinets on either side. There is also a comfortable futon-style couch, a dinette that converts to a bed, and two spacious double bunks in the back. Enjoy the luxury of privacy with curtains separating the front bedroom and the bunks from the rest of the camper.
The kitchen features a divided sink, a microwave, a three-burner stove, a propane oven (we love to bake cookies for s’mores), a nice-sized refrigerator and a freezer. The camper is stocked with all of the necessities like coffee, a coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, a lighter, a cutting board, etc. Please inquire if there's anything specific you'd like to know is on board before your trip.
The bathroom features a small tub with a shower and a toilet, as well as a sink and storage cabinet directly outside of the bathroom door allowing convenience of privacy while someone is also using the sink.
There is a flat-screen Smart TV mounted by the dinette and it's able to be moved to the other mounts in the bedroom or outside.
The trailer has a power awning with indoor/outdoor speakers controlled by a Bluetooth AM/FM stereo. The outside has LED lighting, which is awesome for hanging out at night! There is an A/C unit and heat along with plenty of inside lights!
We will supply you with the proper hitch and sway bars for easy, comfortable towing.
We also provide four folding camp chairs, all of the sewer hoses, a power cable w/ 30 amp plug, water hoses, leveling wheel chocks, an outdoor mini fridge, and a coax cable for cable tv.

*We do offer a gas generator to rent for a fee. Please let us know if you're interested.
*Pets are only allowed with prior permission and payment of a pet fee. If there are any signs of pets without pre-approval it will cause a fee of $200 taken from your damage deposit for deep cleaning/deodorizing.
*Smoking is not allowed in the camper. Any signs of smoking inside the camper will result in a $250 fee taken from your damage deposit for deep cleaning/deodorizing fee.
*If the hitch receiver is lost or stolen there will be a $300 replacement fee taken from your damage deposit.
