Full kitchen, laundry, gym, office space, grass yard, large porch and balcony area. Private off road parking for all sized vehicles and trailers (horses welcome). Palisade wine tours, dining, festivals, biking, hiking and running within one mile. Skiing, Rafting, The Grand Mesa , Colorado National Monument and Fruita Mountain Biking within thirty minutes.
