He has achieved success in the treatment of sport injuries, knee, foot and ankle, low back pain, shoulders and post-surgical conditions.

Jacob earned a Bachelor?s Degree in Health Science with a minor in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University in Peoria in 2007. He also received a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Bradley in 2010. Jacob specializes in sports (baseball, football and basketball) due to his athletic background. Jacob has completed continuing education courses including:
