I have attended & will continure to attend many seminars and training in Short Sales and Foreclosures as the rules change every day. I have my Short Sales & Foreclosure Rescource Certificate (SFR) I have been doing short sales and helping people out of foreclosure for over 5 years. I went to college at Bluefield State, in WV where I was working on a degree for Business/Management. I have also worked in the Mortgage Banking Industry for over 23 years which I specialized in FHA, VA & Conventional financing.
