Welcome to the lake house! Enjoy gazing out onto Devils Lake from the wraparound deck, next to the firepit, or from the private covered hot tub. You'll be able to access the lake directly from the backyard, with a small dock that is perfect for launching a canoe or kayak. If you're coming back from the lake, just pull the room darkening shades closed and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The downstairs living room features a foosball table, a comfortable sectional sofa, a bonus sleeping space, and direct backyard access. Fire up the private gas grill, or cook up something tasty in the full kitchen set up with full-size appliances (plus a dishwasher and lots of counter space). What are you waiting for? When you're ready to head further out, visit Lincoln City just over four miles away to comb for agates, discover the tidepools, and watch for whales out in the water. Please note: Due to lake vegetation the dock and lake access are not suitable for power boats. The dock is approximately 20 feet long and sits in water about three feet deep.

Security camera details: Two security cameras and one Ring doorbell camera are installed at this home. One points to the driveway/garage area, one toward the yard in the direction of the water, and the Ring camera records the front door. These cameras are always on.

Dock details: The dock is about 20 feet long, and sits in water about three feet deep - perfect for launching a kayak to paddle into the larger part of the lake.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
