We work hard to keep our place super clean and super comfortable, and ready for your family to make amazing lakeside memories that will last a life time. Located in the hip boutique neighborhood of College Park, just outside of Downtown Orlando. When we first found this place, we fell in love with the lake setting, the gorgeous trees, and "country feel".
We've updated the home for modern family lifestyles while attempting to keep the relaxed country lake setting intact. The home features multiple large and separate open living areas. This allows for different activities to go on simultaneously - let the kids have their space while the adults have theirs. The rooms feature lots of natural sunlight, new appliances, new flat screen tv's, high speed broadband and other features have modernized this place into something special. New beds, new pillows, high quality linens, new lighting... we've tried to think of everything that we enjoy when we travel and relax and think you will find our lake house comfortable and livable, but not pretentious.
For folks who are into nature, the outdoors, cooking, fishing, campfires, canoeing, exploring, etc, you will love the setting. The lake is a natural body of water and we swim in it all the time. The fishing is fantastic! Sit on the dock and watch bald eagles, osprey and otters chase fish right off the dock!
Many of Orlando's top restaurants are a short bike or walk away heading south on Edgewater Drive. Some of our personal favorites are The Taproom, Ragazzi's, Rusteak, The Outpost, College Park Cafe, Hubbly Bubbly, Christo's and NYPD Pizza. The church across the street is a great neighbor, complete with church bells playing on Sunday mornings. The historic Dubsdread Golf Course is a 10 minute walk from the house.
