Located in the popular Phoenix on the Bay resort in Orange Beach Alabama, this fifth floor two bedroom condo has one of the best 2/2 views in the complex, located towards the bay of the complex's coveted West side (for shaded balconies from lunchtime through the evening).

EXTERIOR COMPLEX RENOVATIONS COMPLETE: Phoenix on the Bay renovations have concluded with the complex's exterior being completely redone / freshly painted including our unit's balcony, exterior walls, ceilings, hallways, doors, and floors. All parking areas have also been redone. The complex exterior looks brand new !

NEW FURNISHINGS / PAINT / FLOORING: Super clean solid surface Barnwood Style Custom Flooring / New King Bedroom Suite furnishings / New Sleeper Sofas and Chairs / Fresh Coastal Living Paint ! !

ENHANCED CLEANING ADJUSTMENTS:: As guest safety and security is our number one priority, enhanced COVID-19 specific cleaning procedures are now in place at no additional charge to the guest. We have also removed all carpet from the unit so that every inch of the barnwood style solid surface flooring is completely sanitized following every guest departure, and have installed super clean glass shower doors in lieu of hard to clean shower curtains.

COMPLEX AMENITIES: Extensive year round Phoenix on the Bay amenities include one of Orange Beach's longest and fastest lazy rivers, a two story waterslide, multiple outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, lagoon beach, two rooftop lighted tennis courts, a state of the art gym with Precor cardio equipment and flat screen TV's, sauna, outdoor grills and picnic areas, a putting green, slips, launch, trailer parking, a basketball goal, same floor vehicle parking, guarded gate and 24 hour security, access to 40 miles of nearby dedicated bike and walking trails, and more.

-King bed in Master BR (formally sleeps two adults) w en suite Full Bath / Whirpool Tub;
-King bed in Guest BR (formally sleeps two adults) w en suite Full Bath / Shower Combo;
-Queen sleeper sofa bed in living area (informally sleeps two guests / children);
-Serta twin rollaway - extremely comfortable (informally sleeps child) which can be set up directly adjacent to the master king bed or in living area alongside the sleeper sofa);

The condo also includes a full kitchen with all dining accessories, microwave, stove, disposal, dishwasher, a wet bar, a high capacity dedicated icemaker, and a six chair formal dining table, with fader dining room fixture / recessed bar lighting, for a warm dining ambiance !

All towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

Views from your fifth floor oversized private balcony include Perdido Bay, Terry Cove, Robinson Island, Alabama Point, the lazy river and pools, and the Gulf in the distance. Enjoy informal meals on the private balcony utilizing the provided teak dining table, chairs which accommodate up to six guests !

This unit features two masters - king beds and en suite full baths in both bedrooms !

We also have a no check in required keyless electronic code entry (no keys or formal check in / check out to worry with), floor to ceiling windows across the entire living area / balcony area, all flat screen LED - HDTV's, 65" living room ROKU Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, Colbie Blue blue tooth speaker / charging station, in room key code personal MESA security safe, plantation shutters in the bedrooms, blackout curtains for the living area, imported furnishings, crown molding, recessed lighting (with faders), dedicated bar and ice maker, full size washer and dryer, oversize balcony with teak balcony dining set (that seats up to six guests), reclining lounger, and more.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: Orange Beach and Perdido Key is a vacation dream for you and your family. Recommended area restaurants include Louisiana Lagniappe, LuLu's, The Gulf, Cobalt, and Fishers.

After floating down the longest lazy river in Orange Beach, and enjoying the huge pool and two story water slide, at Phoenix on the Bay, spend an afternoon at the Gulf State Park at the Perdido Pass Bridge (which you can see from Phoenix on the Bay - only a ten minute drive away), to enjoy the emerald green Gulf waters, pristine white beaches, elevated walkways, restrooms, and showers.

Other recommended area activities include biking or hiking the Orange Beach wilderness trail (bring your own bikes or use the park's complimentary bikes located on site), a sunset dolphin cruise out of Bear Point, shopping at The Wharf, or a day at the Gulf Coast’s newest amusement park OWA, all within minutes of the unit.

UPDATED CALENDAR: If our online calendar shows the unit (and its corresponding boat slip) are available, then it is. We update the calendar within minutes of a reservation.

NO KEY HASSLE - NO WAITING: No need to stand in line for check in or check out ! Entry to the condo is easy - simply key in the code we supply you for the electronic keypad at the door. Your reservation confirmation, booking, stay and logistics are all handled by email directly with the owner of the unit in a streamlined and efficient process.

INQUIRIES / QUOTES / AVAILABILITY: To check availability for the unit and or slip, simply enter your dates of stay, and the reservation calculator will give you an exact quote for your intended stay. Remember that if you need our boat slip (for boats up to 27'), it is an additional $25 per night for the slip, paid directly to the owner after the reservation is made. As the slip is not rented independently from the unit, it is available if the unit is available.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the condo are easy ! Our preferred method of booking is for you to use the 'BOOK NOW' button on the our listing, and follow the online instructions to book the unit through the online VRBO credit card payment system. Simply agree to our rules of stay, and then your reservation will then be finalized within minutes. This preferred payment option is available 24/7 as it is an automated process to book the reservation. No waiting for the owner to 'approve' your stay !

Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you through VRBO. Later, an informational packet on the condo, including the keyless code for entry to the unit, directions to the unit, checkout instructions, and so forth, will then be sent to you by email to you in advance of your intended stay.

If you want to use the unit's boat slip, simply contact the owner after you book, and pay the owner directly the $50 daily slip fee (27' foot maximum length) after you have already booked the room.

REQUIRED ID / AGE RESTRICTION: Renters must be 25 or older. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay and deposit. Required ID and minimum age verification is reconfirmed upon checkin.

NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking unit / complex. There will be a $1500 fine, forfeiture of stay, forfeiture of damage deposit, and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization (which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is closely monitored and strictly enforced. Smokers are not welcome and are prohibited from renting this unit.

BOAT SLIPS/WAVERUNNER BEACH/TRAILER PARKING/LAUNCH: For those wishing to bring their boat or waverunner, use the onsite boat launch, and or rent a slip, the marina has been completely rebuilt after being destroyed in Hurricane Sally. For boats up to 27' in length, rent our slip for only $50 per day (times the number of days of your stay), and is a year round rate, regardless of weekend, peak season or holiday.

After booking this unit, the unit's slip availability is GUARANTEED. Simply let us know you plan to bring a boat (maximum 27') and we will then secure payment from you for use of the slip AFTER you book your stay through VRBO. After the additional separate payment is made to reserve the owner's boat slip ($50 per night times total nights staying), we then provide instructions on everything you need to bring your boat for your stay.

For those needing a 40' or 50' boat slip (needed for boats 27' or longer), or jet skis, simply call the front desk at Phoenix on the Bay at 251-980-5700 to reserve your space, after you book. Slips rented through the front desk vary in cost depending upon peak season, holiday rate, weekend rate, and size of slip requested.

NOTE:: The HOA mandates that all boats in the marina show proof of liability insurance, upon check-in in order to receive a sticker authorizing use of the marina.

Trailer parking is $10 per night, reserved in person through the front desk, upon arrival at Phoenix on the Bay (trailer spaces unfortunately cannot be reserved in advance, and are subject to availability. Less expensive offsite trailer parking may also be recommended thru the front desk upon arrival as well). Owner unfortunately cannot assist with any trailer parking logistics as that is completely handled through the front desk upon arrival.

ONE TIME PARKING / RESORT PASS FEE: There is convenient same floor covered parking and self serve luggage carts. Upon arrival, simply stop by the front desk and purchase a parking pass, good for your entire stay, and pick up your unlimited amenity wristbands . The one time parking fee includes unlimited amenity wristbands for all your guests, and includes a single parking pass (whether you bring a vehicle or not). If you need two parking passes, it's an additional parking fee for the second vehicle (two vehicle max per stay for this 2 BR unit). A single parking pass is $48.67 plus tax or $55 total, subject to annual increases without notice.
