Andy Lockhart is a 36+ year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Central Florida in hundreds of real estate transactions. He has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment always to put clients’ needs first.

Andy is a licensed Broker Associate atKeller Williams Winter Park. In 2014, his first year at Keller Williams Winter Park, he was awarded a Gold sales award from Keller Williams International. Each year since he has been recognized as a KW Platinum Producer.

Beginning his career at Barnett Bank, Andy worked to find suitable land for the development of new bank branches. Many of his bank sites and floor plans are still in use today. His background in construction and development has proven helpful with many of his clients in making wise buying decisions.

With a passion for service in Central Florida, Andy is ready to help with your home-buying and selling needs. As a proud member of Keller Williams family, Andy carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does.

Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys golfing and is a CrossFit enthusiast. He is an elder at Orangewood Church and spends most Sunday afternoons with his family: his wife of 35 years, 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, and 6+ grandchildren.
