This is a single family house which comfortably Sleeps 8-10 people. House has been recently remodeled with all new furniture. The first 2 floors are included in rental. 3rd Floor (Attic) is locked storage.
Rental Details: Please note that Check-in Time for weekly rentals is 3PM or later each Saturday and check-out time is 10AM each Saturday. Please comply with the posted check-out time so that the property can be adequately cleaned for the next guest.
Child safety gates (for top and bottom of stairs) are provided for your use and are located in the 1st floor closet by the front door.
Housekeeping Information: Guests can bring their own bed linens (sheets, pillowcases). All beds have associated linens which can be used in place of guest-supplied bed linens.
Used Bed Linens and Towels are laundered by the Cleaning Service upon guest check-out. Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start cycle before check-out.
Trash pickup is early on Saturday morning and also early on Tuesday morning. Guests must have ALL trash placed in the supplied trash barrels before check-out. Trash is picked up from back yard after Guest Check-Out. All cabinets and refrigerator/freezer must be emptied before the next Renter arrives. Failure to adhere to this practice will result in a $50 fee deducted from the security deposit to have the excess trash removed.
Outdoor Areas and Beach Items: A screened and lighted Gazebo is provided for your lounging and dining pleasure outdoors. Please leave all patio furniture inside the Gazebo and please do not bring this furniture down to the beach. Folding chairs are provided for your use at the beach. Please turn Gazebo lighting off when Gazebo is not in use. An outdoor storage shed is provided for storage of bicycles and other items that you may bring.
We have also provided 2 fully-enclosed outdoor hot/cold showers complete with dressing areas. This provides a total of 4 simultaneous bathing areas for large families to clean up more quickly after coming off the beach. The shower areas are lighted for bathing at night.
The outdoor shower contains both hot and cold water. Please supervise young children to avoid any incidents with scalding water.
The property contains parking for at least 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street to avoid having your vehicles towed by Town Officials.
