7 things that make you more productive

Last year was very eventful. I've done more than ever: changed the job, I have paid a lot of time relatives and friends. It led to a healthy lifestyle. If you want to say these things about yourself, you should do exercises at least five times a week.

1. Stay away from disorder
Confusion in life - disorder in the brain. We prefer the ease of use and simplicity in our space. Table, laptop, notebook. Minimalism is a good idea. We can do without decor.
2. Focus on one thing
If you have a recurring problem, try to make in one day as much as possible. For example, you can write 2-3 blog posts per day. Other days you must dedicate to the projects and business. Nothing more.
3. Stop consume so much information
No need to read 5000 articles in order to show your productivity. If you find useful information, try to use it. Do not look for more. More - not always good. You can handle it, but it is not the point. Stop consuming - start to create.
4. Make a schedule
Solutions tire your brain. Solutions eliminates schedule. Use it.
5. Multitasking is bad
When you do a few things at a time, for example, write a message to a friend, send out email or viewing a tape of Facebook, while being in a meeting, you switch between the content. According to a study of Gloria Mark of the University of California at Irvine, the fact that if you are engaged in the task after you have something distracting, you need at least 25 minutes more. This is a waste of precious time.
6. Check your email twice a day
Every time you look in the mailbox, you receive a piece of pleasure. Checking email is pleasant, and most of us have already developed a relationship. Although it disturbs, it is also exhausting. That's why you feel tired in the evening, even if you did not do anything useful for the day. To avoid this, turn off notifications and check email only twice a day.
7. Do not use a smartphone the first hour of your day
The main function of a smartphone - to distract you. But do not let people or applications to distract you in the first hour of your day. Use this time to thinking about the upcoming day, read a book, enjoy breakfast, coffee or tea.
