Mr. Hidalgo attended St. Paul’s Grammar School, St. Ignatius High School, San Francisco State University (BS in Engineering), and Golden Gate University (JD). Mr. Hidalgo speaks Spanish and is dedicated to serving the San Francisco Excelsior Neighborhood and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
