I bring both deep cultural understanding and lived experience to the healing process. Born in China and immigrating to the US at age eight, I understand these struggles firsthand. My own perfectionist tendencies left me burned out and disconnected in my first career. This catalyzed my therapeutic journey, where I discovered and began healing from intergenerational trauma. My personal transformation deepens my ability to guide others, and I look forward to supporting your healing journey.
