Suzy Ashby, MPT, is a Physical Therapist and the Center Manager for NovaCare Rehabilitation’s Oak Lawn outpatient physical therapy center located at 4710 W. 95th Street. She has achieved success in the treatment of injuries/conditions in the ankle/foot and rotator cuff tears/shoulder impingement.

Suzy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. In 1999, she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. Suzy has completed numerous continuing education courses including:

• Physical Therapy for the Prenatal and Post partum patients
• Evaluation and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD)
• Anatomy and Physiology of the Vestibular System
• McKenzie Lumbar & Cervical Spine

Suzy’s Vision: To assist all patients in restoring/improving their quality of life through their clinical rehabilitation experience.
