Our newly renovated home will make the perfect home base for your Martha's Vineyard vacation. This 3 bedroom house is steps from Nantucket Sound on one side and Oak Bluffs harbor on the other. It's conveniently located in downtown Oak Bluffs within easy walking distance to parks, main street, shopping, restaurants, fishing, beaches and more. Just bring yourself, some clothes and personal items - the house has pretty much everything you'll need and can comfortable sleep 9 people.
The outside bricked patio area has chairs to relax in along with a small table for socializing or grilling.
With fully equipped kitchens on both the first and second floors, this house is perfect for couples or families with grown children. There is a full bathroom on each floor as well. The ground level space also features a small deck with tables and chairs and a patio garden. The second floor contains cathedral ceilings in the living room, and a back patio with sliding glass doors.
Our house is literally steps away from the beach, parks, the Steamship and other passenger ferries, downtown Oak Bluffs, and Oak Bluffs harbor. If you want to bring your car, we have private parking for one vehicle.
We supply clean towels and linens, as well as an iron and ironing board. You will find books, indoor and outdoor games, HDTV, cable and WIFI on each floor. Coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, blender, 4 burner stove, 2 ovens, pots, pans, cooking utensils, gadgets, glasses, flatware and dinnerware are in each kitchen. The house has AC units on each floor.
