Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Amy did her undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2005. Amy attended the University of St. Augustine to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2007. In 2014 Amy became a board certified clinical specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. In her free time she participates in Crossfit at Crossfit Payback in Norwich. She is also an obstacle course racer, participating throughout the year in Spartan Races and Tough Mudders.
