Each has a large bathroom downstairs with a half bath upstairs. Original architectural details and tall ceilings remain throughout the entire cottage. Furnishings are period correct with a hint of country French to create reminiscent charm. The Blue Moon cottage is located 3 short blocks away from the Willowbrook wedding venue, and many wedding guests enjoy the short walk.
Each unit sleeps eight in comfort:
The East unit has upstairs... 2 Queen bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Downstairs... 1 bedroom with a Double bed.
The West unit has upstairs ... 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Double bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Downstairs... 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. The West Unit is being redecorated to improve the experience and new photos will be added as rooms are completed.
The large backyard with beautifully landscaped garden has 2 private decks for the use of each side.
If you are visiting Northport for a Wedding or Family reunion etc. and have more than 8 guests, we would be happy to assist in the accommodations of up to 16 guests in both units.
You can expect a clean, restored, charming place to stay in the Village of Northport. It is a short walk to the center of the village and sandy beaches with crystal clear water.
