All of the necessities are here for you such as pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, TV's, ceiling fan, etc. Brand new tile flooring throughout, new baseboards, brand new toilets, new faucets, brand new quartz countertops, freshly painted interior, new light fixtures throughout, freshly painted exterior, propane BBQ grill, and more. There is plenty of outdoor seating. There is a safe to store your valuables. All of this in a nice and safe neighborhood with long-term owners in the surrounding properties.
