Security Cameras outside of the home for added safety. These Cameras are located in the front door and the drive way, they only record motion activity and sounds within 20 feet from the device.

There is an Alarm Panel Smart Device located in the laundry room. Takes a picture if the panel is touched or tampered with. You may simply close the laundry room door if you don not want the to see the panel. If you feel you need to cover it, you may do so as your privacy and security is important to us. This Panel does not record motion or sound during any reservation. Thank you for understanding.

I live close by and neighbors have my phone number, so if you have party or any loud event, You will be removed out immediately without any refund and a fee of $100

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home in and out, Pool access in a spacious backyard, 2 car garage to protect your vehicle from the sun if need be.

We ask that you please report all guest in your reservation. All Guest rooms have a keypad entry in order to save rooms from needing to be cleaned multiple times. We try and attract to all party sizes therefore if only few guest are booked, room codes will be given according to the amount needed. We are here to help and are always available to answer any questions so please do not hesitate to ask.

!!!Very Important!!! Absolutely no parties or events during your stay. We've dealt with guest who broke our rules before and it did not end well. We don't mind guest over for dinner or family visits. However, noise levels must be low after 9pm. If you have any questions please let us know, we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We strive for 5 stars and will do whatever we can to give you that experience.
