Welcome! Please read our entire description. Our spacious 1 level 1800sq ft has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, a private backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. This family home has beautiful natural light, a large fully-equipped granite kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms. 3 separate sitting areas, fireplace & free driveway and street parking. Very comfortable & relaxing! Located in a suburban area of North Las Vegas, a very quiet, safe family neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Not a party spot in any way. VRBO is a community of respect so we like to host the type of guests who are considerate, respectful of house rules, & care about the space they keep. We look forward to having you! LOCATION: Approx 9 miles to the Strip and convention center. 8 miles to Fremont St. downtown, Nellis, and the speedway.

You have access to the whole house, except for our Rv lot and Garage! READ below for room details.

Room 1 - Queen bedroom suite with secure lock. 1 Queen bed (+ 1 twin trundle & 1 twin roll out available), closet, dresser and Tv included. Tv has full access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other apps with regular tv stations.

Room 2 - Queen bedroom suite with secure lock. 1 Queen bed (+1 twin rollout), closet, Armoire and Tv included. Tv has full access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other apps with regular tv stations.

Room 3- Spacious Master bedroom with a full bathroom, desk and sofa and Tv.

*multiple sitting rooms, work station and a relaxing backyard with pool and Jacuzzi, all available to you!

*The front room can be used as a sitting room or dining room

*The game room/work area (desk, computer and printer included) has a nice sitting area with a fireplace.

SPACE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS-
Our garage and our rv lot. The host occupies the Rv and Rv gated private area, which has a private separate entrance.

We leave you to your adventure but happily provide suggestions upon request. As stated above, we live here as well in the separate rv lot, but we are busy often due to work schedules. Please reach out by Airbnb message anytime. We are always available for you!

3 Outside Cameras recording audio & video during the reservation. NO cameras inside the home!

-1 minut device in livingroom, records audio decibels during the reservation.

-1 Frontpoint alarm which is off.

Tampering, covering or disconnecting any of these devices which include the internet router/modem is a Violation of the house rules and is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. Also a $250 fine per incident will be applied.

This home is monitored by ELITE SECURITY CO. Elite Security does random patrolling of the property and will visit the property for sound detection violations or house rule violations. All service calls due to house rule violations will be billed to the guest + a $250 fine for each service call. www.elitesecurity.vegas
POOL-
If you would like the pool and or Jacuzzi heated during your stay it's an additional $75 a day.

Note: The paint is lifting in the pool and its discolored, it will be repainted late summer. The pool is still fully functional and the daily rate has been reduced.
