Only 15-20 minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, Our home is perfect for a luxurious relaxing getaway with family and friends. Kindly note: We do not allow additional guests outside the guest list. In Compliance with CDC and all hosting platforms, We strictly have no Party, Event, or Gathering tolerance.

Located near a vast amount of shopping centers and grocery stores as well as plenty of restaurant choices. Downtown Summerlin only 10 minutes away by car. Downtown Summerlin offers a new and modern outdoor shopping mall with 125 retailers and restaurants. Entertainment for the entire family is available including Regal Cinema, outdoor movies every Thursday after sundown and farmers market every Sunday.

The open layout with breakfast bar is perfect for large families and group gatherings. Our home is in a quiet community just a quick 15 min drive to the Las Vegas Strip. With 3 Queen Beds and a King in the master suite. With a fully stocked kitchen, and complementary coffee, our home is ideal for Families and Executives. Our home offers a beautiful pool, hot tub and various lounging areas in our beautiful desert landscaped back yard, perfect for enjoying the Las Vegas sun.

Our home is equipped with pots, pans, small/large kitchen appliances and all the cooking utensils you could need in the kitchen. The home has a Master Bedroom, which features a King bed with a beautiful in suite full bathroom, with separate shower and roman tub, with a walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms feature Queen size beds. In the living areas there is plenty of seating area for entertaining guest or enjoying a great movie with the family.
Home is equipped with smart TVs and very easy to connect to any of your streaming services using our high speed WiFi.

Guest Access:
Guest Have access to the entire vicinity of the home.

Other Things to Note:
-Any evidence of tampering with any security equipment there will be a fee of $350 Recording 24/7 for liability and insurance purposes (Security Devises at doorbell, Driveway and facing the backyard/pool)
