This Shadow Cruiser ultra lightweight trailer is very easy to tow and it has a power hitch that makes hooking up a breeze. This trailer is equipped with many features that you have in your home that include a microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, stove, heater, and Air conditioning. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower for you convenience. It has a queen size bed and the couch that converts into a bed. It also has a table to use with the couch inside or it can be taken outside too. You will love the slide out that provides much more room on this small trailer. You will find a TV and a stereo with outside speakers on the awning. Also included is a table top barbecue, chairs, and an outdoor rug. Kitchen is equipped with some utensils and pot & pans. I have clean sheets and cover to use if you want. We also provide the equalizer hitch and sway bar. Pick up and drop off times are negotiable, I can be available as early as 6:30 am on the day of pickup.

DURING USE:
-NO SMOKING (Min $500 charge for smoke/vape damage)
-No bikes, surf boards or outdoor equipment within unit

RENTERS TO PROVIDE: - Sleeping bags/linens/pillows

OWNER TO PROVIDE:
- Folding chairs (4) for outdoor use
– Kitchen: dishes, some flatware
- Biodegradable toilet tissue (do not use regular tissue products)
- Freshwater hose ($25 if damaged or missing)
- Electrical cord & surge protector ($200 if damaged or missing)
- Broom & cleaning supplies to help ensure the full return of your deposit.
- Camping Mat (12 X 20)

UPON RETURN:
- Grey/Black tanks: Can be emptied by Owner for minimal $50 fee
- Cleaning fee: $100 min if not returned clean, based on condition and any excessive cleaning required
- Any tire damage or objects in tires, $150 per damaged tire
- Renter responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance
