Brett York, P.T., is a Physical Therapist for Select Physical Therapy?s Norman outpatient physical therapy center located at 1106 West Main Street. He has achieved success in the treatment of low back pain, rotator cuff injuries, knee injuries, and various other orthopedic injuries.
Brett earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma. He also received a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Sport Sciences in 1997 from the University of Oklahoma. Brett has achieved his CEAS credentials for ergonomic assessment. He has completed numerous continuing education courses including:
- Facilitation and Training Techniques for Core Stability
- Comprehensive Treatment of the Knee
- The Basics of Sacroiliac Mobilization
- Golf Specific Training & Advanced Therapeutic Strengthening for the Rehabilitation Setting
- Integrated Neuromuscular Re-Education
In March of 2009 Brett became a member of the Select Physical Therapy Team. He enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his family and friends. Brett resides in Norman with his wife and three children.
